Cost-of-Supply Assessment
Top Up & Spill to Support a Behind-the-Meter Generating Facility
This is based on the Cost-of-Supply Assessment and includes addition of a behind-the-meter generator as a ‘negative load’ according to the client’s specification. Depending on the specifics, the residual load may still be attractive to a traditional retailer, or it might require only a top-up & spill facility.
