Desktop Electricity Audit

This is a detailed desktop assessment of the cost of supplying a nominated customer load directly from the Wholesale Electricity Market together with costed strategies for achieving savings. The assessment includes within the fee the Cost-of-Supply Assessment as a starting point and additionally performs statistical analysis using a proprietary spreadsheet model. The audit additionally assesses and explains:

The sensitivity of each of the cost components to their respective drivers
Strategies for load management and in particular capacity charge reduction
The suitability and value of joining a Demand Side Management Program
Things that can be done to make the load more attractive to a traditional retailer

Fee	$1,000 +GST for a single NMI Additional NMIs $350+GST each (for NMIs associated with the same customer) This includes the Cost-of-Supply Assessment Cost is refunded as an offset against the Management Service Fee if the Electricity Supply is taken.
Prerequisites	Payment in cleared funds plus an authorised Verifiable Consent Form (pdf, 100KB) to allow access to the infrastructure data and historical meter data held by Western Power.
Guarantee	Community will base its assessment on the specific NMIs provided and will (with your consent) obtain all necessary data from Western Power. Community will address any queries and issues in a timely manner. Please see Our Promise for more information.
Please note	This is not an offer of electricity supply by Community Electricity. Community does not offer a Demand Side Management Program. While the assessment will list the contact details of all program providers, they may or may not be willing to provide an offer and if they do so, it will be on their terms and conditions. The assessment is made on a 'desktop' basis and does not include a site visit (though this can be arranged additionally if needed).
